People & Talent Lead

About the role

Tacto is building the intelligence layer for manufacturing and needs a strong People & Talent Lead to shape its people strategy. You will own the end‑to‑end talent function, driving hiring, employer branding, performance management and community building across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for all departments, personally sourcing and closing senior and critical hires.
• Develop and execute Tacto’s employer brand strategy, including LinkedIn presence, hiring events, university partnerships and content.
• Partner with team leads to define talent needs, calibrate hiring decisions and ensure high hiring standards.
• Drive performance management processes, career progression, compensation benchmarking and address underperformance.
• Build repeatable recruiting processes, analytics dashboards and scalable workflows.
• Grow Tacto’s presence in the DACH startup ecosystem through university relations and networking events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition, performance, or organisational development within a high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record of hiring senior and critical roles.
• Strong ability to influence leaders and shape people strategy.
• Experience building employer brand and community networks.
