Quality Specialist (6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Specialist on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). The role will work closely with laboratory, R&D and production teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of testing and development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and validate SOPs and related documentation for laboratory activities.
• Oversee analytical method development, validation and implementation.
• Standardise testing and development workflows in collaboration with R&D and quality teams.
• Review batch records, perform sample reviews and support product release documentation.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance activities related to raw materials and quality operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience in quality, laboratory or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on method development and validation experience.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with quality systems and standards such as ISO, HACCP or GMP.
