Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud & AI Automation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about cloud platforms, automation, and AI‑driven solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients design, build, and optimise modern cloud and DevOps environments while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable IT architectures across multiple cloud providers.
• Lead DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline creation, automation, and platform engineering.
• Develop AI‑driven automation solutions and support sovereign AI platforms.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and operational stability in client environments.
• Advise clients on tools, technologies, and best practices, and identify technical and business opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, mentor teams, and promote knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud, and software engineering.
• Completed IT‑related university degree (mandatory).
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills, with willingness to travel as needed.
• German level C1 minimum and strong English proficiency.
