About the role
You will join the global People & Culture Communications team at CCEP, shaping the narrative of the company as a great place to work. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, turning complex people priorities into clear, engaging communications for a worldwide workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted communications partner to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance and supporting execution.
- Own end‑to‑end high‑impact employee communications, from objective setting and planning to content creation, campaign launch and impact measurement.
- Translate strategic briefs into modern, visually engaging communications aligned with the Employee Value Proposition and corporate story.
- Create and curate content across multiple channels, emphasizing visual design and storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
- Collaborate with agency partners and the global communications community to deliver localized content.
- Measure effectiveness, capture learnings and continuously improve communication outcomes.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in internal or employee communications, working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage communications from strategy through delivery and measurement.
- Strong visual eye, high standards for quality and detail, and a creative, modern approach.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills across cultures, countries and disciplines.
- Calm under pressure, organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
