Working Student – IT Support (20 h/week)

About the role

Join Bragi’s fast‑growing AI headphone team as a Working Student in IT Support. You will work on‑site in Munich, assisting the IT Administrator to keep the global infrastructure reliable and secure while gaining hands‑on experience with a modern tech stack.

Key responsibilities

• Support the IT Administrator in expanding, managing, maintaining, monitoring and documenting Bragi’s global IT infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate hardware and equipment inventory, including lifecycle documentation and asset tagging.
• Contribute to technical documentation, audits and the development of IT policies, procedures and standards.
• Coordinate hardware logistics – prepare shipments, track deliveries and receive equipment.
• Assist with mission‑critical services and servers, providing basic maintenance, patching and deployment support.
• Provide timely troubleshooting for employees across endpoints, applications and connectivity.
• Help ensure technical and physical security of network‑attached hardware according to security policies.
• Offer backup support for network components such as routers, firewalls, switches, controllers and wireless access points.

Required profile

• Currently studying Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field in Munich.
• Available for at least six months, part‑time 20 hours per week (preferably mornings).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver within constraints.

Required skills

• Experience with Windows client/server, Linux (Ubuntu/Debian, Arch) and macOS.
• Familiarity with common network clients and virtualised server environments.
• Hands‑on exposure to Docker, Git, Python and shell scripting (advantageous).
