Account Executive, Emerging Enterprise, DACH

About the role

We are hiring founding members of our Emerging Enterprise Account Executive team to open, develop, and close complex deals in technical markets across the DACH region. You will own a list of named accounts, drive outbound pipeline, close initial deals and nurture growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run PoVs, and close.
• Drive outbound pipeline in named mid‑enterprise accounts and deliver high‑impact demos.
• Land and expand usage across multiple teams, develop business value assessments and quantify ROI.
• Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine playbooks and GTM strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle quota‑carrying experience, preferably in a technical SaaS company.
• Proven success generating outbound pipeline and closing six‑figure deals.
• Experience selling to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs Eng, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong technical curiosity, self‑motivation and ownership mindset.
