Account Manager – Financial Technology Solutions

About the role

Intellect Design Arena Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of its fintech platforms in Germany. You will own a defined territory, acquire new banking clients and expand existing relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic and transactional opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate a sales pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting of Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.
• Own sales origination and collaborate with internal stakeholders to progress opportunities.
• Engage prospects and clients to understand business challenges and present Intellect’s value proposition.
• Maintain CRM hygiene by recording all sales activity daily and preparing dashboards for reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing to qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Work with partner networks to develop and close partner‑led opportunities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience selling enterprise software to Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks or related financial‑services sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven ability to network and develop relationships in industry‑specific settings.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
