Enterprise Account Executive – Switzerland (French Speaking)

About the role

Kong is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the Swiss market. The role focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding existing accounts, and delivering a seamless sales experience for early‑stage SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting large enterprises (1,000+ employees) and build a robust pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer‑success teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Identify pain points, deliver tailored demos, and act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records, and provide market feedback to internal teams.
• Represent Kong at industry events and conferences as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals with large organizations.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English, with a deep understanding of the Swiss enterprise market.
