Entry-Level Sales Executive – German Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry‑Level Sales Executive who is fluent in German to join our innovative technology company in Germany. You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, building relationships with key decision‑makers and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage your own pipeline of leads by identifying prospects and establishing rapport.
• Respond to inbound leads via phone and email, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Present our integration systems and solutions to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales while meeting or exceeding targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated by financial incentives and achieving targets.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
