GTM Associate

About the role

comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction, turning paper delivery notes and fragmented invoices into real‑time data for the continent’s largest contractors. As a GTM Associate you will be a mission‑critical driver of revenue growth, opening new markets and establishing high‑quality customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI agents, automations and creative strategies to uncover untapped prospects and generate pipeline.
• Identify new market segments, regions and buyer types, build a go‑to‑market strategy from scratch and execute it.
• Design and run outreach sequences powered by AI agents, creating a fully automated pipeline.
• Book qualified meetings with contractors who have never heard of comstruct.
• Deliver a pipeline that produces 300+ new qualified leads per month.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding expectations in academics, sports, side projects or similar achievements.
• Curious, exploratory mindset ready to build the next venture.
• Strong desire to raise the bar, learn quickly and incorporate feedback.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willing to work onsite in Munich five days a week.
