HR Data Analyst – People Analytics

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an HR Data Analyst to strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across its People function. You will build scalable data models and deliver insightful dashboards that illuminate workforce dynamics and support strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks for workforce planning, headcount forecasting, retention analysis, and organizational effectiveness.
• Create and maintain Power BI Cloud dashboards that display key HR KPIs such as hiring, attrition, engagement, and performance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Service, and HR Business Partnering to align analytics with strategic workforce objectives.
• Conduct deep people‑data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Translate complex people data into clear narratives for HR and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, HR Analytics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Analytics Consultant, preferably with HR or people‑analytics exposure.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud and strong data‑modeling skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks, SQL and large‑scale HR data sets.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors; Jira experience is a plus.
