Senior Global Mobility Tax Consultant

About the role

The Senior Global Mobility Tax Consultant will join a leading mobility advisory team, reporting to the Global Mobility Tax Manager. The role focuses on providing strategic tax advice to multinational clients on expatriate assignments, without handling day‑to‑day compliance filings.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax residence, cross‑border tax implications, social security, equity plans, taxable benefits and assignment package structures.
• Develop and implement tax minimisation strategies and account plans to enhance service satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor junior mobility tax professionals.
• Lead and participate in client meetings to strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global mobility with a focus on individual tax advisory.
• Strong analytical, communication and portfolio management abilities.
• Team‑player with leadership potential.
