Senior Tech Recruiter (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, product, data & AI, and IT services across Europe. This fixed‑term position offers high autonomy and the chance to shape recruiting processes within an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for tech positions in multiple European locations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using active sourcing methods such as LinkedIn and innovative strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide interview training, and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Apply data‑driven approaches to continuously improve hiring strategies and recruiting culture.
• Explore, test, and recommend AI‑driven recruiting tools to optimise workflows.
• Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives and participate in key business meetings.

Required profile

• Several years of in‑house recruiting experience focused on tech hiring in an international environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work with high ownership.
• Hands‑on experience with modern ATS and HR systems.
• Business‑fluent English; German at business level is a strong plus.
