About the role

Join unybrands, a fast‑growing brand accelerator, as a Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator. You will lead early‑stage recruitment for our global teams while managing German HR operations for the Berlin office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for entry‑level and selected professional positions across all locations.
• Screen applications, conduct structured phone/video interviews, and present concise candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules across time zones, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain primary candidate contact, delivering a consistent and high‑quality experience.
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, and referrals.
• Administer German payroll, employment contracts, and employee lifecycle processes in compliance with local law.
• Handle Works Council obligations and ensure all HR documentation meets German regulations.

Required profile

• Strong interest in building a Talent Acquisition career.
• Eager to develop or already possess solid knowledge of German HR operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency preferred.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
