Chat Operator (Remote, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Chat Operator to join a fast‑paced, global team that monitors and improves AI‑assisted conversations. Working fully remotely from Germany, you will help ensure high‑quality chat experiences for users across large‑scale online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations continuously during extended daily shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth and appropriate interaction flow.
• Intervene when necessary to clarify tone, improve response quality, or correct content on behalf of conversational agents.
• Track, evaluate, and analyse communication patterns between users and AI companions.
• Assess the performance and accuracy of AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Report technical or content‑related issues in automated responses for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate requests for supporting content such as images or videos aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Methodical, disciplined, and structured approach to daily work.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools with a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written Russian skills and solid command of English.
