Customer Relationships Representative – UK/Spain (32-40 hrs)

About the role

Join Camplify’s growing Customer Support team in Berlin as a Customer Relationships Representative. You will be the first point of contact for renters across the UK and Spain, helping them enjoy seamless road‑trip experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to renter inquiries via email, chat, and phone, covering bookings, vehicle details, insurance, and travel advice.
• Act as a liaison between renters and vehicle owners, mediating conflicts and ensuring smooth communication.
• Provide quick, creative solutions when issues arise, such as vehicle breakdowns.
• Document all interactions accurately in HubSpot CRM.
• Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for camping or deep familiarity with the camper‑van community.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to explain information repeatedly.
• Tenacity and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Strong people skills and enjoyment of communication.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C2) and German at B1 level or higher.
• Available to start on September 1st.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience.
