About the role
We are looking for a remote Contractor to support the training of next‑generation AI systems that power customer‑service interactions. You will apply your deep knowledge of customer‑service operations to provide high‑quality, real‑world input that helps AI models learn, reason and perform more effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyse real customer‑service scenarios and deliver detailed, actionable feedback for AI model training.
- Document findings using Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, ensuring data accuracy, organization and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the customer‑service team to maintain high standards of data quality and annotation consistency.
- Participate in feedback sessions and help calibrate annotation guidelines to reflect best practices.
- Provide context‑rich input that continuously improves AI‑driven customer‑service solutions.
Required profile
- Extensive experience working in customer‑service operations with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex scenarios objectively.
- Ability to work independently, remotely and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and incorporate feedback.
