French-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Berlin team at PAIR Finance. You will assist French‑speaking consumers in navigating financial situations, providing clear information and respectful support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from clients, consumers and third parties (e.g., lawyers) in French across phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information about accounts and ongoing processes.
• Document all interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to service‑process improvements.
• Utilise AI‑enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data‑protection regulations and applicable laws.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English at a professional level.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
• Empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and adapting quickly to new systems.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk.
• Proficiency with AI‑enabled support tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a salary band of €32,000‑€44,500 gross per year, depending on experience.
