Frontend Engineer – Onsite (f/m/d)

About the role

As a founding member of neocom's engineering team, you will help build an AI‑native platform that makes online shopping feel like a conversation with a knowledgeable salesperson. You will shape the core frontend experience for thousands of daily users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop all frontend products, including the AI Shop Agent, Shopping Quiz, Configurator, and an advanced Admin Portal.
• Implement complex React animations and optimise performance for ultra‑smooth user experiences.
• Make pragmatic decisions about tools, architecture and scalability, balancing speed with long‑term quality.
• Write clean, readable code that the whole team can understand and maintain.
• Ensure feature robustness by testing primarily with Cypress and adhering to a strong accountability culture.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React.js.
• At least 2 years of continuous work on a single product, demonstrating long‑term architectural ownership.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on building stable, production‑ready systems.
• Commitment to engineering quality over quick demos or copy‑paste solutions.
• Passion for learning deeply and prioritising clear, maintainable code.
