Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Full Stack Software Engineer to own the software that enables operators to see, plan, and control missions through our Ground Control Station and related web applications. You will work across frontend, backend, and real‑time systems, turning live telemetry and fleet data into fast, reliable interfaces used in real flight tests and missions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build mission‑planning, live telemetry visualization, and vehicle command interfaces for the Ground Control Station.
• Develop low‑latency, high‑reliability data pipelines (MAVLink/ROS 2, video/sensor feeds) connecting vehicle stacks to the frontend.
• Create intuitive operator‑facing UX for high‑stakes, time‑pressured environments.
• Architect and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases supporting multiple web apps and real‑time streams.
• Collaborate with autonomy and robotics engineers to define APIs and data contracts.
• Ensure system resilience for degraded connectivity, including offline‑first behavior.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a frontend framework (React preferred).
• Experience with a backend language such as Python, Rust, Node.js, or Go.
• Hands‑on experience designing and consuming REST, WebSocket, or gRPC APIs and working with real‑time/streaming data.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands‑on experience.
