Full-Stack Engineer – Munich

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer to own end‑to‑end systems that power both physical and digital experiences. You will work in a fast‑paced, small team, shaping the architecture of a product used daily by operators and robots.

Key responsibilities

• Design, architect, implement, and deploy full‑stack features from concept to production.
• Build and maintain component‑driven UI using modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop backend services in Rust, Python or C++ with clear gRPC boundaries.
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) and build systems (Bazel, Buck, Nix).
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot services on Kubernetes using tools like Tilt, ArgoCD, Flux, Omni, and Rancher.
• Implement observability with Datadog and Honeycomb and respond to real‑time incidents.

• User‑obsessed – you stay close to users, debug in real time, and iterate quickly.
• Calm under pressure, able to move fast when systems break.
