HR Generalist – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the People team and support our growing EMEA organization. This early‑career position offers the chance to work in a fast‑growing technology company and become a key point of contact for employees across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries, acting as the first point of contact for employee questions.
• Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters and HR documents with high accuracy.
• Maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring records are accurate, complete and compliant.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes to deliver a smooth experience for new hires and departing staff.
• Plan and execute team events, office activations and company‑wide culture initiatives across the EMEA region.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve documentation workflows.

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
