Junior AI & Security Manager

About the role

As a Junior AI & Security Manager you will help shape the energy transition by strengthening our cybersecurity posture, establishing data governance, and introducing AI-driven automation across the company. You will work in a young, innovative software firm focused on sustainability certification and biomethane marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve cybersecurity across cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Assess risks, manage vulnerabilities, and support incident response.
• Plan and conduct penetration tests and coordinate external security audits.
• Set up Microsoft Purview, structure the data landscape and define governance guidelines.
• Strategically introduce AI tools, build AI agents and automation solutions, and advise teams on efficient AI use.
• Maintain ISO‑related documentation (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and support audit preparation.

Required profile

• Knowledge of information security, compliance, or ISO standards.
• Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security monitoring.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview or similar data‑governance systems.
• Understanding of AI tools, automation, or agent systems.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and a structured, systems‑building mindset.
