Midweight/Senior Project Manager – Design Consultancy

About the role

Edenspiekermann is looking for a Midweight/Senior Project Manager to act as the bridge between creative teams and clients, ensuring design projects (branding, UX/UI) are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, manage expectations, present designs and gather feedback.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables; track progress against plan.
• Coordinate resources, brief creatives and maintain smooth workflow across teams.
• Monitor project expenses, prepare progress reports and ensure financial compliance.
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee final output aligns with brief and creative standards.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in a creative, digital or web‑design agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation are a plus.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows, branding and user‑experience principles.

• File‑management and collaboration: Google Workspace.
• Design software basics: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud.
