Principal Product Manager – Site Reliability Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) product portfolio within Delivery Hero’s internal Developer Platform. The platform supports more than 3,000 developers worldwide who build and ship the company’s food‑delivery services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the SRE product strategy and roadmap, covering observability, large‑scale distributed system testing and incident management.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product plans and execution milestones.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Delivery Hero’s global entities to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Drive data‑informed decisions by defining and analysing metrics on system reliability, performance and developer productivity.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, creating clarity and focus in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership of highly technical products such as platforms, infrastructure or SRE tools.
• Strong technical background and deep understanding of platform engineering and SRE principles.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers and senior leadership.
• Experience influencing and leading cross‑functional teams and driving organisational change at scale.
• Passion for product management and a data‑driven mindset.
