Remote IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Remote IT Technician to deliver technical support to users worldwide. In this fully remote position you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, monitor system performance, and help maintain a secure and reliable technology environment.

Key responsibilities
