Software Engineer Intern (Part-Time)

About the role

Join a fast‑moving fintech startup in Munich and help build the technology that powers financing solutions for thousands of SMEs across Germany. As a part‑time Software Engineer Intern you will work across the full stack, own features from concept to deployment, and collaborate closely with product and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features, from database schema to user interface.
• Build scalable and reliable backend services and responsive frontend components.
• Improve the credit platform that processes real financial transactions.
• Write automated tests, monitor production, and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Partner with product and data teams to make data‑driven decisions.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate development and maintain engineering standards.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Based in or near Munich (LMU or TUM students are a plus).
• Self‑organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
