Technical Account Manager – Remote (US)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to own the technical success of our strategic top‑tier customers. In this remote US‑based role you will act as the trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers run healthy, scalable, and high‑performing n8n environments while driving long‑term platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers, guiding them from sales hand‑off through ongoing operations.
• Assess deployments for scalability, reliability, performance and maintainability, and provide recommendations for upgrades and architectural improvements.
• Manage technical support intake, critical incidents and high‑severity cases, coordinating with Support, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.
• Communicate clearly with customers, delivering resolution plans, proactive risk management and status updates.
• Analyze support trends and usage patterns to drive preventative action plans and continuous product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical relationships with enterprise‑level customers.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
