Working Student – Full‑Stack Software Developer for Applied AI (Embodied AI)

About the role

Join SAP's Research & Innovation team as a Working Student and help build full‑stack services for Embodied AI use cases. You will work on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to integrate AI agents, cognitive robots, and enterprise applications, gaining hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge AI tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend and frontend services on SAP BTP for embodied AI scenarios.
• Learn and apply SAP’s AI architecture strategy and the latest AI tooling to deliver robust solutions.
• Implement enterprise‑level standards for security, quality, and performance.
• Support data‑engineering pipelines that combine physical‑world and business data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across locations.
• Contribute to event and customer showcase demos.

Required profile

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
• Preferred studies: Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Cyber‑Physical Systems or related fields.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with software engineering or AI‑related projects (academic, personal or professional).
