About the role
The Marketing Practice is looking for a proactive, organised individual to join our Munich office on a part‑time basis. You will work three days a week (Tuesday‑Thursday) from 10:00 to 14:00, ensuring the office runs smoothly and provides a welcoming environment for staff and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a friendly and professional welcome.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office upkeep, keeping the space clean, organised, and well‑stocked.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, deliveries and access control.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, source quotes and place orders.
- Support onboarding of new starters, including desk setup and equipment coordination.
- Assist with client meetings and events, handling room setup and hospitality.
- Organise social events and add thoughtful touches to enhance office culture.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the wider team as needed.
Required profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g., office administrator) and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Flexible, motivated, highly organised with strong multi‑tasking and forward‑planning abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a personable, professional demeanor.
- Team player who enjoys bringing people together.
