Senior Recruiting Manager – International Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a Senior Recruiting Manager you will own end‑to‑end hiring for multiple corporate functions across several European markets. You will work with high autonomy, shaping recruitment strategy and collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for functions such as Marketing, Retail Media, Marketplace and Technology across Europe.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using active sourcing methods and innovative strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide interview training and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Apply data‑driven approaches to continuously improve hiring processes and culture.
• Explore, test and recommend AI‑driven recruiting tools to optimise workflows.
• Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives and participate in key business meetings.

Required profile

• Several years of in‑house recruiting experience focused on corporate/office functions in an international setting.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work independently.
• Business‑fluent English; German at business level is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters).
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday.
• Proficiency in AI‑driven recruiting tools and advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn).
