About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to join our busy Frankfurt office of a leading global financial services firm. This role offers an excellent entry point for candidates with 1‑2 years of administrative experience who are eager to develop a career in business support within the financial sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments for the team.
- Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodations and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Provide ad‑hoc assistance for events, projects and other team initiatives.
Required profile
- Effective communication skills with a willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm for teamwork and a professional approach.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Strong organisational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive decision‑making, attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
