Business Development Representative – Remote (France)

About the role

Inhouse Mobility GmbH automates compliance for international workforce deployment, making global work as simple as local work. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities, engage prospects, and support our sales team in the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers via phone, email and other outbound channels.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings and hand them over to the sales team.
• Present our compliance automation solution in a clear, compelling way.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create and test new lead‑generation strategies.
• Provide field feedback on value proposition, messaging and product features.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM and track deal progress.

Required profile

• First experience in outbound B2B sales.
• Fluent in French, German and English.
• Strong communication, curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Interest in HR, compliance and global mobility topics.
