Junior Customer Programs Manager – DACH

About the role

SoSafe is scaling its human risk management platform across Europe and needs a Junior Customer Programs Manager for the DACH region. You will design and run scalable engagement programs that drive product adoption, growth and retention for SMB and low‑touch customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer health and launch targeted campaigns to boost upsells and retention across 500‑1000 accounts.
• Analyse usage data, identify common challenges and propose process improvements.
• Design and execute 1‑to‑many engagement initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, office hours and targeted consultations.
• Collaborate with CSMs, AEs, Product and Marketing to deliver consistent customer experiences.
• Build and maintain internal dashboards and metrics to flag risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role such as inside sales, customer success, BDR or product marketing.
• Proficiency with SaaS tools (Salesforce, Highspot, Planhat, AI‑based solutions).
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to support hypotheses and drive results.
• Excellent communication in German and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, proactive team player with a solution‑oriented attitude.
