Commercial Co-Founder

About the role

Carbon Capture Construction is an early‑stage climate‑tech startup developing next‑generation composite materials that capture CO₂ while enhancing the performance of precast construction products. We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Co‑Founder to help shape the venture’s commercial strategy and drive market adoption during the formation stage.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and refine the startup’s commercial and business model strategy.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, and potential customers.
• Conduct interviews and validation sessions with industry decision‑makers.
• Attend incubator workshops, networking events, and represent the startup externally.
• Collaborate on pitch deck creation and investor presentations.
• Contribute to the growth strategy and commercialization roadmap.
• Work closely with the technical founder(s) to align vision and execution.

Required profile

• Commercial or business‑related background.
• Strong motivation to be deeply involved in creating and founding a startup.
• Interest in greentech, climate‑tech, and deep‑tech ventures.
• Based in Heilbronn or surrounding areas (essential).
• Lean / Agile mindset.
• Availability to attend the TUM Heilbronn Campus 2–3 days per week.
• Business‑fluent English.
