Backend Software Engineer (m/f/x)

About the role

We are building a modern, scalable platform for fleet managers and technicians. As a Backend Software Engineer you will primarily develop backend services while also supporting frontend features when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and business logic using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn ideas into reliable features.
• Work with high‑volume IoT telemetry data and ensure data integrity in PostgreSQL.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, write unit and integration tests, and monitor performance.
• Contribute to real‑time communication solutions using WebSockets.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional backend development experience.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and collaborating with platform teams.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to design scalable architectures.
