Founding Engineer

About the role

Logistica OS is looking for a Founding Engineer to help build an AI‑driven operating system that tackles bottlenecks in pallet management and delivery. You will join a small, high‑growth team and have the chance to shape the technical direction of a product that aims to automate repetitive logistics tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement scalable software solutions that improve logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, design and other engineering teams to translate user needs into robust system architectures.
• Lead the creation and deployment of AI agents that automate repetitive workflows, increase visibility and optimise margins.
• Conduct thorough testing, validation and performance optimisation of all deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a project that used Self‑Improving Agentic flows, with a verifiable reference.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably in logistics or technology.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
