Fullstack Engineer

About the role

ARC Intelligence is building an AI‑native finance operating system for mid‑market corporations. As a Fullstack Engineer you will join a fast‑moving product team and help create the next generation of finance‑focused software that combines data, workflows and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement user‑facing features using modern TypeScript/React (Next.js) frameworks.
• Develop and maintain Python‑based backend services (Django REST Framework or FastAPI), including API endpoints and business logic.
• Build responsive UI components and dashboards that present complex financial data intuitively.
• Integrate third‑party systems and data flows via REST APIs.
• Contribute AI‑powered product features and help embed adaptive systems into real workflows.
• Write unit and integration tests, fix bugs and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to turn requirements into production‑ready software.

Required profile

• Early‑career engineers or developers with a few years of full‑stack experience who are eager to take ownership.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
