Full‑Stack Software Engineer (Ruby/Rails & TypeScript/React)

About the role

Remerge is seeking a product‑minded full‑stack Software Engineer to join the DSP platform team. You will work on both the frontend and backend of an internal ad‑operations platform, collaborating closely with users and product managers to design and iterate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend (TypeScript/React) and backend (Ruby on Rails) of the DSP platform.
• Engage directly with AdOps and Account Management users to understand workflows and pain points.
• Participate in solution design, prototype rapidly, gather user feedback, and iterate.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) to boost productivity and code quality.
• Maintain existing systems, resolve operational issues, and contribute to infrastructure health.

Required profile

• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript/React, or able to master comparable stacks quickly.
• Daily user of AI coding assistants with strong technical judgment to verify outputs.
• Eager to understand user problems and contribute to product design.
• Capable of explaining technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset that looks beyond tickets to propose better alternatives.
