Senior Full Stack Developer (React/FastAPI/Django)

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack developer who leans toward the frontend to shape the look and feel of our AI‑powered accounting platform. You will own features from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience while collaborating with a small, senior engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive frontend improvements, elevating UX and visual quality on a regular cadence.
• Design, build, and own complex full‑stack features in our accounting platform.
• Use AI‑assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as the primary development workflow.
• Adapt and extend the Python/FastAPI & Django backend for CRUD‑level changes and beyond.
• Contribute to code‑quality standards and architectural decisions within a senior team.

Required profile

• Professional software development experience with a proven record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong expertise in React for production‑ready, accessible UIs.
• Pixel‑perfect design sensibility.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted engineering tools.
• Ability to work independently across the stack (Python/FastAPI backend).
• Systems‑thinking mindset to map full features, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
